Instead of placing a model/unit cap on things, events may now bring in the clock. Even now players bring an astronomical amount of units and gob up the board until the game ended (usually on turn 3) and they eventually won. Some events may soon go to using clocks because most competitive armies are running over 200 models like Cultists, Guard, Orks, etc. The rules have been up for a while now but we wanted to aim folks at the polished Chess Clock pack to make sure we can get more feedback and get folks used to using them for events that decide to implement them.
